Eclection, produced by Ossie Byrne in 1968. The 5-piece Eclection featured two Australians, Trevor Lucas, who eventually joined Fairport Convention, and former Sydney singer Kerrilee Male, who sounds like a cross between the Seekers’ Judith Durham and the Jefferson Airplane’s Grace Slick. The LP has been called "one of the finer overlooked folk-rock recordings of the 1960s, and perhaps the best relatively unknown British folk-rock LP of its time." |
