Telephone Interpreter Services
Council has bilingual staff (Language Adie Officers) to answer enquiries and provide basic assistance with communication between Council staff and residents either face to face or through telephone enquiry.
Residents can also use the Telephone Interpreter Services (TIS) 24 hours on 131 450. Services can be provided via telephone as well as face to face on site interpreting and document translation services.
