Council is currently undertaking a number of major strategic planning projects, including:

• Hurstville City Centre Project
• Hurstville Comprehensive LEP 2011
• Mashman's Site, Kingsgrove - Site Specific LEP & DCP Amendment 
• Developer Contribution Plans Review
• Review of Single Dwelling House Controls
• Open Space, Recreation, Community and Library Facilities Strategy

Council welcomes feedback from the community on our draft strategic plans and planning studies. 

Formal submissions on our strategic plans are welcomed during public exhibition periods, which are advertised in the St George and Sutherland Shire Leader.
