Prior to work commencing

Development Consent and Complying Development Certificate conditions will set out some of the requirement that you must satisfy prior to commencing work , these may include:

• obtaining approval for driveway crosssing
• securing your site with a site hoarding
• establishment of work site amenities
• delapidation reports
• erosion and sedimentation controls
• geotechnical precations and monitoring
• establishing site cranes
• ensuring Home warrantee insurance is in place
• providing Notice of Commencement
