Open Access
The majority of information which is specified as ‘open access’ or that Council has classified as ‘proactive release’ is available here on Hurstville City Council’s website. Many of the documents are listed on this page, and other information is available though features such as DAs On-line. You should note that some information (because of the way it is kept) is not able to be placed on the website. When this is the case, the list below will note how you can access this information, because Hurstville City Council is still committed to making these items publicly available.
The following list also includes items which Council has released because the information is in the public interest (‘proactive release’), however if you do not see the information you seek, you can contact Council’s Customer Service Centre by phoning 9330 6222 or emailing hccmail@hurstville.nsw.gov.au. An officer can then advise you whether the information is available or whether a Formal Access application form is required.
