Hurstville City Council's Management Plan is one of the most important publications we produce. It includes the major activities, services and projects Council plans to undertake over the next four years, and the resources required to deliver them. The Management Plan builds on a shared Council and community vision, which is detailed in Hurstville Horizons, our 10-year stategic plan. It also outlines Council's strategic priorities over.
