General Development Code
The General Development Code contains development types which do not fit within the other categories of the Codes SEPP.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation is currently the only development type which can be undertaken as Complying Development under this Section of the State Policy.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation has been removed from the General Exempt Development Code and is now complying development. This Code will be expanded in the future to accommodate developments which are neither residential, industrial or commercial.
