Terms and Conditions
  1. The information provided by you is solely for Council purposes.  Your information will be protected under Council's Privacy Management Plan and the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act.
  2. Council issues a annual notices and three (3) instalment notices a year, these notices are printed and serve one month prior to the due date by an external printing house.
  3. If you change your email address/mobile number or you wish to stop receiving your notices via email, you need to advise Council in writing. Please allow at least 45 days prior to the due date to ensure correct service delivery.
  4. If you are the owner/agent of multiple properties you will need to register separately for each property as separate email notifications will be issued, matching the number of registrations.
  5. Missed instalment notices will still be issued through Australia Post seven (7) days after the due date of each instalment date.
  6. For further information please contact Council during business hours.
  7. If you wish to unsubscribe to any of these services, please send an e-mail to hccmail@hurstville.nsw.gov.au with "Unsubscribe" and the service in the subject.
