Electronic Lodgement of DAs, s96 Modifications & Reviews of Determination

Council is streamlining the lodgement and assessment process associated with Development Applications and is moving towards a total paperless process.

From 1 December 2014, Hurstville City Council will accept electronic lodgement of plans and supporting documentation for Development Applications (DAs), Section 96 Modifications & Reviews of Determination in digital form (as PDF documents contained on a CD or USB). 

Hard copy plans & associated documentation will no longer be required or accepted by Council from this date.

Once an application has been finalised, customers will be provided with a CD containing an electronic copy of their notice of determination and the electronically stamped plans.
