Complying Development Applications

Complying developments are works that adhere to local and State government development standards. They are approved through the issue of Complying Development Certificates.

Hurstville City Council provides a Complying Development Certificate application assessment and certification service.

Applicants utilising Council’s service benefit from:

Assess to key information – which is not readily accessible to private accredited certifiers
Expertise and experience – of our specialist team of senior building surveyors, managers and support staff
Convenience – with services provided in the centre of Hurstville CBD, at Hurstville Council Civic Centre
Additional services – to support your application, if your proposed work does not turn out to be a complying development, and requires development consent.
