Community Grants Program Application Form

Please Ensure :

  • All questions on the Application Form are answered.
  • Applicants are asked to limit each response to a maximum of 500 words.
  • Your Application arrives at Council by the due date.
  • You submit separate Applications for individual projects.
  • All applicants who receive $500 or more must submit a brief report to Council outlining the outcomes achieved through a program evaluation.

The evaluation/progress report must be submitted by June 2013.

Part A: Applicant Details
The information you have provided about your organisation in Part A will be considered as part of the assessment process when considering the relative merits of your application as compared to others, in accordance with Council’s Community Grants Policy.

If yes, please attach a copy of the Registration Certificate or Articles of Association.

Part C: Budget Details

Please include name, amount and total amount of all the income expected to contribute to the project, such as and including all other Council grants, fees, fund raising etc.

Please include name, amount and total amount of all the expenditure items

Part D: Equipment Grant
If your application involves the purchase of equipment, please submit three quotations.
